Funny bone ain't funny

Why do they call it that? It doesn't look funny. Although I don't know what it looks like, so I can't tell you for sure. It definitely can't tell a funny joke. Or at least not any of the ones I've heard. It kind of hurts when you smack it into something. (Depending how hard you hit it) Sort of makes your arm feel numb for a brief moment. All I know is that it's a nerve near the elbow and basically there's nothing you can do to protect it. Unless you wear elbow pads all day long. It's also close to the humerus bone. You can see where this is going, right? You can figure it out from there. Little science fact of the week. Thank you Discovery Channel! Who says you can't learn anything on TV.

Anywho... We're now entering the next phase in the post production area. Finished editing this week. Friday to be exact. Now it's onto sound design and music and so on and so forth. It's coming along splendidly. I say that with a little Holly Golightly intonation. (Breakfast at Tiffany's --> look it up) But here's a little something to wet your appetite for the film.

[insert the Ooooooo's and Ahhhhhhh's here] What do you think??? It's the official poster. =) You can click on it to see a larger view. Also...courtesy of Mr. Goodwin (i.e. Mr. Cameraman/2nd AD) is a nice "end of production" group photo. There's a few people not in the picture, but they are there in spirit. I'm proud of these guys and gals. Small group, but gets the job done! Can you spot me among the sea of tallness?

Damn right, the funny bone isn't funny at all!

However, what you are hitting is the end of the humerus bone, hence the name.
